2013 Ordinances
- Ordinance # 2013-01
- Amending the code of Dickinson Township, Chapter 23, Manager, to provide specific authority to the manager to enter into routine and administrative contacts and agreements. Adopted 1/7/2013.
- Ordinance # 2013-02
- Amending the Zoning Ordinance to conform to Act 191 of 2012, the PA Wireless Broadband Collocation Act. Adopted 2/18/2013.
- Ordinance # 2013-03
- Amending the SALDO to conform to Act 154 of 2012, which amends Sections 503, 509 and 510 of the PA Municipalities Planning Code. Adopted 2/18/2013.
- Ordinance # 2013-04
- Amends Chapter 159, Sewers and Sewage Disposal, to include a definition of septage pumper/hauler; to require a replacement location for on-lot sewage system only for new lots with marginal soils; to provide for three year septic system inspection and or pumping cycles based on the most recent pumping or inspection performed on an individual system; and to require the owner of the individual septic system to provide proof of the pumping or inspection and a certification regarding prohibited substances..
